A small advance to confirm your order

We ask for Rs 300 in advance to confirm an order. This is the delivery charge, and it comes off your total, so you pay the remaining balance in cash when the parcel arrives.

We started doing this because a number of parcels were being refused at the door, which costs us the courier charge both ways. The advance simply confirms the order is genuine. Once you place an order we share the account details with you on WhatsApp.

The rest is still cash on delivery

Apart from that small advance there is nothing to pay online. No cards, no full prepayment. The balance is paid in cash to the rider at your door.

Open before you pay

When the rider arrives, open your parcel and inspect the bag first. You only hand over payment once you are happy with what you have received.

What you pay

The price of your bag plus a flat Rs 300 delivery charge, or free delivery on orders of Rs 6,000 or more. The full total is shown clearly at checkout before you place the order, so there are no surprises at the door.

Of that total, Rs 300 is paid in advance to confirm the order and the balance is paid in cash on delivery.
