Who we are

This website, https://elixirbags.pk, is operated by Elixir, a business based in Pakistan.

We do not operate a walk-in retail store, and all orders are placed online or through WhatsApp.

Agreeing to these terms

By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it with you, normally on WhatsApp. Until then we may decline an order, for example if a piece has sold out, if we cannot verify your delivery details, or if we believe the order is not genuine.

We sell to individual customers for personal use. We do not accept bulk or resale orders through this site.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery is a flat Rs 300 across Pakistan and free on orders of Rs 6,000 or more. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

You may pay in cash on delivery or online by card. Card payments are processed by Safepay, a payment gateway licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan, and are subject to Safepay's own terms in addition to these. We do not receive or store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan within 3 to 5 working days of confirming an order. We do not ship internationally. Full details, including cancellation before dispatch, are set out in our shipping policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. Our returns policy sets out what is covered and exactly how long a refund takes, and it forms part of these terms.

Products and photography

Every piece shown is photographed by us, and we describe colours, materials and measurements as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so a colour may look slightly different in person, and measurements may differ marginally between pieces because our stock is hand-picked rather than mass produced.

Stock is limited and often not repeated. Listing a piece is not a guarantee it will remain available.

Your information

We collect and use your personal information as described in our privacy policy. You agree to give us accurate delivery and contact details, and to tell us promptly if they change before your parcel arrives.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photography, text and the Elixir name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind what we sell, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, banks or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. Before going to court, please use our complaints process, which is usually faster for everyone.
