How do I place an order?
Find the bag you love in the shop, choose its colour and add it to your cart, then check out with your name, phone and delivery address. No account or card is needed. Prefer WhatsApp? You can message us the name of the bag instead and we'll take it from there.
How do I pay?
Rs 300 is paid in advance to confirm your order, and the balance is cash on delivery. The advance is the delivery charge and it comes off your total, so nothing is added on top. Open and inspect your parcel at the door, and pay the rest to the rider only once you're happy with it.
Why do I have to pay Rs 300 in advance?
A number of parcels were being refused at the door, and that costs us the courier charge in both directions. A small advance confirms the order is genuine. It is deducted from your total, not added to it, and we share our account details with you on WhatsApp once you've placed the order. Everything else stays cash on delivery, and you still open your parcel before paying the balance.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes. We ship across Pakistan, so your order can reach you wherever you are in the country, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
Are the bags genuine imports?
Every piece is hand-picked and imported, chosen from trusted makers abroad rather than mass produced.
