Payment Methods

What you pay

Every price on this site is in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is the price you pay for the item. Delivery is a flat Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan, and it is free on orders of Rs 6,000 or more.

Your full total, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you place the order. There are no service charges, handling fees or taxes added afterwards, and nothing is ever added at the door.

How you can pay

• Cash on delivery, paid to the rider when your parcel arrives
• Debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard
• Mobile wallets and Raast, where available at checkout

Paying by card

Card payments are handled by Safepay, a payment gateway licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan. When you pay by card you are taken through Safepay's secure checkout, and your card is verified with 3D Secure, which is the one-time password your bank sends you.

Your card is charged once, at the time you place the order, for the total shown at checkout. We never charge a card again without you starting a new order.

We never see your card details

Your card number, expiry date and CVV go directly to Safepay and are never sent to, seen by or stored on our servers. We only ever receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, along with the last few digits of the card so we can match it to your order.

This is deliberate. It means there is no card data on this site to lose, whatever happens.

If a payment fails

If your card is declined or the payment does not complete, no order is created and nothing is charged. You can try again with another card or switch to cash on delivery.

If money leaves your account but you do not receive an order confirmation, contact us straight away with the date, amount and last four digits of your card. A payment that did not reach us is released by your bank automatically, usually within a few working days, and we will chase it with the gateway if it does not.

Pricing errors

We check prices carefully, but if a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will never charge you the difference without asking.
